Top-ups are optional donations that help pay for the servers. Points are a thank-you that can be spent in the shop. They are not money and cannot be exchanged back for money.
Donations and points are non-refundable, including after account bans for breaking the rules. If we made a mistake, for example you paid but were not credited, we will fix it.
Check the amount and that you are paying the official code shown on the Top-up page. We never ask you to pay anywhere else, and staff never message you first about payments.
Send your account name, the amount and your Binance order ID on the Support page. Wrong-network or lost-order cases are handled one by one and recovery is not guaranteed.
Rates, items and prices can change. Points already credited keep the value shown at the time.
